is a visionary leader with more than 12 years of experience driving impactful, cross-

sector ventures across real estate, energy, infrastructure, and international trade.

A certified Project Development Strategist, Ms. Clarke has scaled multimillion-dollar

ventures from the ground up—spearheading initiatives in modular housing, solar

energy, eco-resort construction, and affordable housing. Her versatile expertise

spans from oil and gas accounting and crypto commodities to luxury asset

brokerage and licensed importation of goods like vehicles, rice, sugar, and power

generators.

Her hands-on experience in construction and junior architecture, combined with her

formal training in business operations and real estate finance, allows her to lead with

both precision and vision. She has collaborated with global entities such as BP Global

Investment, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and Royal

Connections & Co., brokering large-scale infrastructure projects and sustainable

energy solutions.

Now appointed as a Director at Focus Financial LLC, Reina brings to the firm a

unique blend of technical capability, artistic design thinking, and market

intelligence. She is also passionate about recycling systems, food security, and
